Rachel LynchIf you think snacking between meals is bad for your waistline, think again. Weight loss experts – including those at the renowned Mayo Clinic – say snacking can be a valuable part of your weight loss plan.

Well, we do need to add that snacking is a good thing as long as you snack on healthy, nutrient-rich foods rather than salty, fatty and sweet treats like chips, fries or candy bars!

Our most popular snack - hands down - is the Chocolate Brownie. We bake them fresh in-house. You can’t imagine the delectable aroma that makes concentrating on work extra tough on the days we bake our brownies! They are definitely delectable – as good as any brownie you can find on the market only with fewer calories!
