From the very beginning, the goal at Diet-to-Go has been to create a plan that fits the busy schedules and tastes of our customers. Our caring customer support staff is devoted to doing just that. We love special orders… so please call us, email us or fax us and let us know what we can do for you.
If it’s within our means, we’ll do it… and we’ll do it with a smile on our face!
Don’t like a meal?
No problem! For customers on our Traditional Low-Fat and Vegetarian Low-Fat menus we have an extended substitution list of items that are always available. For our Low-Carbers you can double up on another meal from the same week’s menu. Just let us know which meal you don’t care for and pick an alternative… and it’s done! You’ll never have to worry about getting such an item again because all menu changes are permanent until you tell us otherwise.
Going out of town?
Just let us know the dates you’ll be gone and we’ll work with you to hold off delivery when you can’t enjoy our food. We’ll also make sure the delivery starts up again when you return home! Those of you receiving your meals at home can put any particular week on hold. For those local customers who get their fresh food at one of our many pick-up locations, you can skip a portion of your week -- the Tuesday or just the Friday order. It’s a cinch!
Too much food?
Over the years we’ve learned that many customers stop receiving their meal plan because they end up with too much extra food each week. Good news folks -- -you can simply get less food! If you’re on a 7-day plan, consider switching to a 6- or a 5-day plan. If you find that you have just a few extra meals each week, contact us and we’ll see if we can eliminate just that amount from your weekly order. We can and do customize orders, so PLEASE let us know how we can help the meal plan work best for you.
Picky eater?
If you think there are too many items you don’t like to make the meal plan work, give us one more shot. We’d be happy to work with you to create a customized menu that includes just the meals you do like. Of course there are some limitations, but we’ll all do the best we can to make it work.
It’s simple to make these requests. We have a dedicated section of our website where you can find the simple forms, http://diettogo.com/current-customers. You’ll always get an email confirmation that your request was received and processed. We are also available to chat one-on-one at 1-800-743-SLIM (7546). Press option 2 for Customer Service. Our normal hours of operation are between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. (EST) Monday through Friday, and 9:00 a.m. until 12:00 noon on Saturday. Tuesdays and Fridays we're open until 8:00 p.m.
