In our ongoing effort to add fun and informative offerings, Diet-to-Go has scored a nifty coup – we’re soon rolling out weekly podcasts from the top-rated Nutrition Diva!
In addition to the short podcasts, we’ll also be offering blogs and questions/answers from Monica Reinagel, the super-knowledgeable woman behind the Nutrition Diva persona.
Monica is a world-class nutritionist who’s written several books and been featured on tons of news shows and health websites. Now, in this exclusive arrangement with Macmillan Publishing, Monica brings her insights on food, diet and nutrition to Diet-to-Go.
“I am excited about this union of like-minded entities,” Monica says. “What I do is to sift through the mounds of information out there and boil it down to the essentials. I try to make it fun. After all, food is not the enemy!”
A few of her most recent podcasts include:
- Is Frozen Yogurt Good for You?
- Antibiotics in Meat
- Does Vinegar Burn Fat?
- Is Canola Oil Healthy?
Diet-to-Go editor John McGran couldn’t be happier about landing Monica’s podcast.
“The Nutrition Diva is a fantastic pick-up for Diet-to-Go,” he says. “Since we’ve launched our new and improved website, we’ve been working hard to add quality content – the kind of stuff that helps a dieter stay the course, live healthier and keep off the weight once it’s lost.
“The Nutrition Diva is a perfect fit for that mission. The best news: she’s only the beginning. Look for Diet-to-Go to launch many new endeavors in the coming months.”
The Nutrition Diva is one of several podcast offerings at Macmillan publishing. The podcasts fall under the Quick and Dirty Tips for Eating Well and Feeling Fabulous department.
“We are excited to work with DiettoGo.com to bring the Nutrition Diva to an audience eager for information about how to make their diet healthier,” says Richard Rhorer, executive producer of Quick and Dirty Tips.
“Our goal is to provide practical, easy to remember advice so people can make smarter, healthier choices about what they eat. I know that it is a goal we share with the DiettoGo.com team.”
The Nutrition Diva will appear soon on the DiettoGo.com website and will be featured in our monthly newsletter starting in September.
